Questions
How can tracking be automatic without screenshots?
Your work leaves traces that say nothing about your screen: files change in a project's folder, and tabs open on its websites. Those traces are enough to know which project you worked on and when.
Is there a plan or setting that adds screenshots?
No. No plan includes them and no setting enables them, because the apps cannot capture the screen at all.
Is it accurate enough to bill clients?
Sessions start at your first change and end at your last, plus the idle allowance you set. You can review and correct every session before it goes on an invoice.
