Talk to your time tracker
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, Kimi or OpenCode to Temporal.ist, and ask in your own words: start a timer, log a call, fix yesterday, or tell you where the week went.

Nineteen tools, the whole workflow
Your assistant chooses the right tool from what you ask. You never need to name them.
Timers
Start, pause, resume and stop the live timer, and name the task you are on.
“Start a timer on the website relaunch, task: checkout page.”

Log past work, find entries and correct them. Deleting asks you to confirm first.

Off until you allow it. Manage clients, draft invoices, and send one after you confirm.

Careful by default
An assistant acts with your account, so it gets exactly the access you give it.
https://temporal.ist/mcpConfirm before it counts
Deleting an entry and sending an invoice always show a preview first, and need your yes.
Client data stays off
Client and invoice tools only work after you allow assistants to handle that data, in Settings.
Your sign-in, your scope
Assistants sign in through Temporal.ist like any app. API keys can be limited to reading.
Revoke at any time
Each connected assistant is listed under Devices and connections. Revoking signs it out at once.
Questions
Which plan do I need?
Assistant tools are part of Pro and Team. One subscription covers every assistant you connect.
Does the assistant track my time by itself?
No. The desktop app, the browser extension and the terminal client track your work automatically. The assistant is a way to talk to your hours: start timers, log what was missed, fix entries and ask questions.
Which assistants work?
Any assistant or editor that supports remote MCP servers with sign-in, including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini CLI, Copilot in VS Code, Kimi and OpenCode.
Can an assistant delete my data by mistake?
Deleting entries takes two steps: the assistant first gets a preview of what would be deleted, and only a confirmation with that preview's code does it. The same goes for sending invoices.
Let your work keep its own time
Start on the free plan: no card and no trial period. Install the desktop app or the browser extension, choose what belongs to each project, and keep working.
