Billing questions
Is there a time limit on the free plan?
No. Solo is free for as long as you use it. Upgrade from Billing in the app when you need a paid feature.
How do seats work on Team?
Team is priced per seat (€6 a month), with at least 4 seats. The owner pays for the seats; every member of the organisation gets the Team features. Add seats from Billing when the team grows.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Monthly is charged every month. Yearly is charged once for twelve months and costs up to 17% less. You can switch between them later.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Checkout adds any VAT or sales tax that applies to you and shows the final amount before you pay.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Checkout shows the payment methods available where you are, and you can enter a promotion code there.
What happens when I cancel?
Paid features stay until the end of the period you paid for. Then the account continues on Solo: nothing is deleted, and older history is out of view until you upgrade again.
